Two weeks ago we participated at the KMWorld Connect Conference 2020, which was held entirely virtual. We were part of amazing new virtual experiences, presented workshops, talks and videos and, as a sponsor, were exhibiting in form of a virtual booth. As always, the conference gave valuable insights into knowledge and information management, analytics, social collaboration and, of course, search.
At our virtual booth and throughout the presentations we had the chance to share current trends, our knowledge but also to learn from one another. Little online games, incentives and other useful tools allowed a more interactive engagement at the conference. We all witnessed how well organized the conference was and enjoyed the new concepts. Our interactive workshop about “Fundamentals of Enterprise Search” was a lot of fun. On that note, a big thank you goes out to our presenters Benjamin Braasch, Alexander Thamm, Philipp Sieg, who all contributed to a great performance. Also, the presentations of “Search Relevancy Strike Force” by Christian Groß and “Innovations in Search” by Sebastian Klatt in a panel discussion were an outstanding success with lots of follow-up discussions.
